Service Areas
Commercial roofing across Santa Rosa, CA districts and the Sonoma, Napa and Marin towns around it, from Coddingtown to Healdsburg and Petaluma.
Service Areas
Drive north from Santa Rosa, CA to Healdsburg and the roofing weather changes. Healdsburg averages about 42 inches of precipitation a year against Santa Rosa's 32, and it reached 117 degrees on the same September day in 2022 that Santa Rosa hit 115. One city name hides a lot of different roofs, and a plan that works in a downtown mall district can be wrong in a river town or a hillside winery.
We work across the city's districts and the towns around it in Sonoma, Napa and Marin counties. The roofs differ, and so does the first question we ask: where does this building take its water, its heat and its fire risk?

Inside the city
In downtown Santa Rosa, the enclosed Santa Rosa Plaza, opened in 1983, sets the roofing questions. North Station Area carry the mall roof questions of a center enclosed in 1979. The Airport Business Center mixes office, flex and light industrial space. On the west side, Railroad Square is a historic district where masonry and parapets drive the roof plan, while Fountaingrove, home to the Keysight headquarters, had most of its homes rebuilt or replaced by 2019 after the Tubbs Fire. At Coffey Park, Highway 101 became the line between the western neighborhoods the Tubbs Fire devastated and the commercial zone east of it.
North county heat
Windsor sits 9 miles north on US 101, with retail centers such as Lakewood and Shiloh and a SMART station since May 2025. Healdsburg takes more heat and rain than coastal Sonoma County, and the 2019 Kincade Fire, which started near Geyserville and burned 77,758 acres, forced evacuations in Healdsburg and Windsor. Cloverdale at the county's northern end can see summer days over 100 degrees. For owners up there, solar heat and fire exposure move to the top of the list ahead of ponding, and a reflective, fire-rated assembly is worth pricing.
South and west county
Rohnert Park has Graton Resort & Casino, whose six-story hotel and 135,000 square feet of gaming space make it a large hospitality roof. Petaluma adds food production, a hospital and the Coast Guard training center to its building mix. Sebastopol's Barlow district sits on a floodplain. Occidental averages about 55 inches of rain a year, and Bodega Bay adds cool, windy fog off the water. Fog and wind on that coast are hard on sealant and edge metal.
Wine country roofs
Kenwood, Glen Ellen, Sonoma and Napa Valley towns such as St. Helena are full of wineries, tasting rooms and inns. Fire shaped those valleys as well: the Nuns Fire hit Glen Ellen in October 2017, and the Glass Fire forced a second citywide evacuation in Calistoga. After fire damage or a hard winter, storm damage roof repair starts with the same moisture survey as anywhere else.
Commercial Roofing Questions
Do you work outside Santa Rosa proper?
Yes, across Sonoma County and into Napa and Marin, including towns such as Windsor, Healdsburg, Petaluma and Rohnert Park. Travel changes the scheduling, not the standard of the work, and a roof in Cloverdale gets the same moisture survey as one on Mendocino Avenue.
Does the location change which roof system makes sense?
It changes the shortlist. A coastal roof needs its edge metal and sealant checked more often, a north county roof needs heat and fire attention, and a valley floor roof near a creek may need drainage first. Local weather changes the weak point, so the best system changes with it.
Does local weather change the roof inspection?
Yes. Santa Rosa fog and low overcast can leave roof surfaces damp; Healdsburg is hotter and wetter than coastal Sonoma County, so drainage and heat exposure deserve separate checks.
Can a roof visit cover more than one property?
Yes. We can survey several buildings in one route, then keep findings separate so each roof gets its own repair and budget priority.
Tell us where the roof is.
Call with the address. After we look, we will tell you plainly whether the roof needs work now, later or not at all.
